Let's Talk Routine... We all need one...
It's good to get up first thing in the morning... Viewing sunlight in the morning causes a 50 percent increase in circulating cortisol, epinephrine and dopamine. It leverages healthy increases in energy, immune system function and mood. Plus you get more time to get things done!
Some of these include:

Prayer: It's always good to thank and consult the Lord with every new day, trust him, he's our best guide

Meditation

Drink Water

Check Calendar: Make sure to have prepared your day; usually Sundays work for me

Journal: Part of journaling helps us get whatever we have in our minds out. It creates a sense of structure and relief. It can also be a source of written gratitude and manifestation

Music: Listening to music and help your brain wander and also potentially clear it, going into a state of sleepiness... Check out the MUSIC tab

Hygiene: Brush your teeth, wash your face

Exercise: Pilates is known to be the best exercise

Shower: Wash Hair, Body, Shave, & Moisturize

Eat Breakfast: The more colors the better

Vitamins: Sometimes we don't consume all the necessary vitamins every day, this is why vitamins are essential. (Get Exclusive List as a Subscriber)

Get Stuff Done: After you're done taking care of your body, it's time to get stuff done. The word "Productivity" is key.
Night Routine

Wind down: Put your phone on DND mode if possible. And start getting ready for bed

Chamomille: This tea helps with inflammation, muscle spasms, menstrual disorders, insomnia, ulcers, wounds, gastrointestinal disorders, and even rheumatic pain
